Our Redesign Your Life class will officially start on September 11th at 7:00PM in the Fellowship Hall at New Life Church. I am excited to announce that we will dig into Mike Bickle's book titled, "Growing in the Prophetic." Lynn and I can't wait to get back to our group.
Just for the record, the class founder, Susan Dyer, is our mentor. The class was launched more than 10 years ago with a well-known celebrity speaker, Kim Alexis. Model and business woman, Kim challenged us to draw near to God. Susan has been a wonderful leader and teacher all these years.
Susan joins us when she can and leads the class occasionally. Lynn Vaccarro and I will lead the sessions this year. We couldn't be more excited.
Be sure to join us for the first class on September for a special time of getting to know each other and learning to hear the voice of God more clearly. We are looking for leaders to guide our small group sessions at the end of each class.

The Fall session of Redesign Your Life at New Life will study a popular topic. The book we will use as our study guide is Growing in the Prophetic by Mike Bickle of IHOP. It was recommended by Susan Dyer, our mentor and the founder of this class.
We can get the e-book free but it's nice to have a hard copy to underline special passages. Let us know if you want a copy so we can have the bookstore order it.

We have an amazing guest speaker this Tuesday night. Within a few short years, she lost both her beloved husband and son. She is an inspiration and a hidden treasure at New Life.... and she has something powerful to say, a message of hope. Won't you do yourself a favor and put everything aside and join us to hear Donna Hohman tell her story. 7:00PM in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a friend.
I love the beginning of the year. It's a great time to analyze our situation and decide whether or not to change our direction. It's the time to set the tone for the rest of the year. It's about first fruits. Our message on Tuesday, January 10th at 7:00PM will be about positioning ourselves for favor and creating a formal petition to God. We want to be all that we can be in 2012. Don't miss it.
